We had such a fantastic fall trip to Harbor Hideaway! It was complete with great cooking, hikes at nearby locations, and lots of time spent in the hot tub. This was our second trip back to the house and we have loved spending time there. There is always more than enough room to accommodate everyone and the grounds surrounding are always gorgeous. Thanks for a great trip!

We recently had a girl-getaway-birthday-weekend for my cousin Christina and our stay was spectacular! The house has every accommodation you can imagine and our hostess was so sweet - even taking the time to take a couple group photos of us. :) We look forward to coming back - hopefully in the summer months. Jon, We had a fantastic time at the house! It was perfect for an early Thanksgiving weekend with the extended family. We took a few hikes, ambled along the beach, ate a ton of great food, and enjoyed the view of the harbor. This time we came with a baby in tow and the big downstairs suite was perfect for us - lots of room for him to crawl around and plenty of space to set up his crib. We especially loved the new hot tub - I could have easily spent my entire trip soaking in the tub! We are so impressed with the new features each time we come back to visit. It just keeps getting better. Thanks so much!

Our annual getaway for four couples was the best yet. A wonderful house with space for all, a large kitchen (and frig) with room for working and talking, deck furniture for all of us, lovely grounds and perfect weather. Thank you Sheila, for making us welcome. The zinnias were gorgeous and we kept them watered. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Jon, we had such a great time at your house and the weather could not have been better. Planned an outdoor wedding for our daughter on the property and evrything worked out great. I will try and send some photo's. The weekend we stayed was just before the full moon as well, so nights out at the fire pit could not have been better. There was plenty of room for all that stayed (10 adults and 1 child) and the day of the wedding consisted of 30 guests and self catered event. Outside arrangements made everything flow smoothly. Inside accomodatios were enough that extended family and guests had private space. Water access was a pleasure and although we missed crab season the fresh clams could not be beat; Although we were not sure of the "gooeyducks"! I believe everyone found sand dollars as well. Found a skate park within ten minutes of the house in Freeland and the teenagers were excited. Short visit, enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend to anyone wanting to get away and relax! Thanks for everything the house had to offer.

The house and the grounds were absolutely fabulous. We had such a wonderful family reunion and would highly recommend your home to other folks. Would love to use it again.

WOW, another fantastic holiday at Harbor Hideaway. You already had such a beutiful place; but adding the new patio with a hot tub, a new gazebo, the new firepit and finally the walking path through-out the grounds and gardens. We could not believe our eyes. Every time we visit Harbor Hideaway we are just amazed with all the things to do and we do not even need to leave the property. Your home and grounds are without a doubt the most well appointed and thoughtfully arranged vacation rental property on Whidbey Island, if not in the whole of western Washington. Your house and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had such a fantastic time! Even with so-so weather, there was plenty to do inside and outside - we played board games, lounged around enjoying the tranquility and the amazing water views, roasted marshmallows, and made s'mores. There was plenty of room for our big group to spread out and for the kids to run around. We saw eagles soaring above and seals on the beach. The house was equipped with everything that we needed and we were grateful for the accessible room and ramp. Thank you!

The twelve of us had so much room in which to spread out! The house is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. We loved the beach access, the comforts galore, the helpfulness of everyone we had contact with in setting up the reservation and in arrival. We'll be back and we've been telling our friends!
